Is our case coming to a head?

Recently announced in the Vz press a confirmation of GRZ and Vz Joint Venture is still intact and a deal has been concluded re payment of $40M per month tol take place over 2 years.

I am wondering if the deal includes GRZ absorbing the $1.4B charge to us.  We know the track record of Vz is to pay no cash but to exchange natural resourses  instead of payment. This hypothetical is somewhat flawed because Vz Is paying cash to GRZ but in installments to GRZ. Vz is cash strapped hugely. Can't pay GRZ in whole, one time, how are they going to find $1.4B to pay us?

How ironic if in the end GRZ pays us off!! considering KRY had the better mining experience and skills for building a mine and ready to go 10 years ago.
