VZ is currently appealing Crystallex' request to post a bond. They will likely lose this but I suspect they have one more round of appeals open to them. If/when they lose that they will only have a few weeks (upto the court schedule) before actually posting the bond - typically 100-110% of the award amount. I suspect we are no more than a month or two away from knowing how this will play out.

I don't think VZ can post a bond so either they will negotiate a deal with Crystallex or they will default - they haven't got the cash to pay us. I've no idea what deal they can offer - it would seem after GRZ everything has gone.

A default requires execution (writ of attachment / garnishment) and that could take a long time if it is at all possible.
