They just informed me a couple days ago that 3 people in my family are now confirmed for the opt-in.  I had some correspondence go back and forth because the opt in form wasn't in pdf format but I resent it in and they just confirmed me.

I think that they're still processing investors agreements just like they did mine.  I suggest that you send in an update request.  It might bring your file to the top of the current pile.
