You could very well be right that the courts may not have sympathy for us shareholders based on the status of VZ. But I do think courts take sympathy on shareholders and companies whos legal contracts are torn up by said country AND also sympathy on shareholders who get steamrolled and screwed by said company's management and tactics and lack of  responsibility toward its shareholders, no?  This court challenge isn't about VZ's political state though that's what caused it.
