the judge "broke" the law   Wow! A judge broke the law. I love it! Can you be more explicit regarding this phrase how he broke the law?

their case is a breach in the Criminal Code   This got my attention. Can you elaborate here, How? If this has  been mentioned here before do you mind repeating? Anyone going to jail? Are there not penalties attached to every crime in the crimminal code?

I guess when all is done this is where Gowling would likely step in(Is this called an appeal?) and get an increase in the settlement to us, n'est pas? (With the threat of jail! Hey, maybe we get it all.)(Smirk)

There is an argument to trash the opt in committee efforts but that is a different story probably best not aired in public).  Why not? Everyone's annonymous here. Let's air it in public. Would like to hear your legal or opinion  side.

A different point of view should be the  normal course of any challenge. Some even play the devils advocate to keep things going. (Smile) 

 The sum total of money from the opt ins will exceed that from the opt in committee  I give you credit for having  have access to this privilidged information as a lawyer.  We all have been mulling and wondering how many opt-ins there actually are. Gowling won't tell us even when asking.

(If) Gowling are successful  Gowling must be very sure of success to be so heavily engaged with their own resourses to take on this enormous endeavour. Good for us and you. I hate to say "us and you" but that is the way it appears to be on this hub. I believe you do have shares so are in the same boat and is as stupid as the rest of us for having money in this stock.

There are other people I talk to, and some of them are opt ins  Is this face-to-face? So some of your "clients" "friends" are opt-ins. Looks like some don't take your advice.
