I'm sure that is not a quote from me but i did read it posted by someone as a possible source of payment.

My reply to that is because tankers are owned by non-Venezuelan countries seizing oil shipments from these ships is illigal hence not a source of money for Crystallex.  Venezuela has rented tankers but can't be seized because of the flag they fly.

An interesting comment in "Going for the Juglar" article posted below creditors did sieze the Argentinian Brigantine teaching ship but because of a court challenge by Argentina the ship was returned after some small dockage fees were paid.  The  article did not admit that.
