Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
This is my take on the value of Gowling.
Fung made a unilateral agreement to give Tenor 88% of the award which might be criminal malfeasance.
So right now if nothing else changes even without Gowling, that is what we get, 12%.
Where Gowling comes in and makes themselves useful is to charge Fung for self serving wrong doings and file for at least 50% (maybe more or less) of the award.
If Gowling can't make a substantial increase in the award in favor of us then their involvement is useless.
Good luck to all. Get the money before Vz collapses. Part of it ($1.2B) is already in a NY Bank today.
