Yea, I think most of would to protect our money.

Wish we would have been asked to kick in money for 88% of the award.

The more Gowling gets us over our current amount the better they do. 

9% is such a good deal. If Tenor had taken 9% we wouldn't be going to court.

Not sure when Gowling will be heading to court but when they do we will all know what they are planning.

Been a lot of good news lately for Crystallex vs Venezuala.
