As we get into the next phase of this. It will be interesting to find out if Fung as a board member voted to this one sided deal. He should have stood up and said this is not fair to the shareholders. But, if he was told that he would be taken care of one way or the other creates a very disturbing scenario. He has to be treated like all other common shareholders. All of his options would have expired. So, what is in it for him?  If he voted against a 88% payout then we know he made a stand in our behalf even if he was outnumbered on the board.  If any back door deals were done at the board level then they will not want this going to court. I fully expect a negotiated settlement at the end of the day.
