Yes I would love to have some stats. I can't emphasize enough that all shareholders in our class have to be notifed. What if another law firm came in and offered a better deal for shareholders. Everyone has to be notified and be told what could happen if they don't opt in. Any law firm out there can step up and offer to do what Gowling is doing and the fee could be better or worse. Again, you can't treat the same class of shareholders differently. It is also logical.
