More Information Needed

Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
From my personal point of view I need more information before I know how it will impact shareholders. Unlike GRZ, Kry continues to keep all information secret. I'm excited about an actual payment from VZ when many thought we would never see a dime but I distinguish between KRY, Tenor, management and shareholders. Here are some thoughts.
Others have posted questions that I also have. Is the settlement more tha GRZ including selling the data or without the data? GRZ got about $800 million for the settlement and $240 for data. People have been saying we are over $1 billion as the largest award but could it be over $800 million instead. Could it be over $800 million including our data? We have no way of knowing right now.
From what Near said I saw nothing about shareholders.
the Settlement Amount will be paid in a series of instalments, which include a series of up front instalments, recurring monthly instalments thereafter, and annual instalments until the Settlement Amount has been fully satisfied. On its face, the Settlement Agreement should provide value to the Company over time beyond the quantum of asserted creditor claims against the Company;
We are not a creditor as has been pointed out already by others.
The monitors last report give the time line of three years of distributions to statisfy asserted and proven claims. We know we are not a claim. Is Tenor also claim or are we just talking about enough funds to pay back the noteholders and others but not Tenor except for the interest payments. KRY managed to burn through over 62 million while not operating in CCAA protection. How much will they burn through while making payments to creditors.
If I was to guess, the up front money and monthly installments would be to pay off the noteholders and get rid of them. This would leave KRY/Tenor controlling an unlisted company that was receiving annual installments until the settlement is paid off.
Where are the shareholders in all this? Will the company become listed again so shareholders can exit if they chose? With annual installments coming in it doesn't sound like the company will be dissolving and distributing anything to shareholders any time soon.
Shareholders need to know what the plan is. We don't have to get all the details of the settlement but we certainly deserve to know how this will all play out going forward.
