Not sure how you get even close to anything north of .70. Wouldlove to hear your math. As my math teacher said, "show your work". To me we would need to have attorneys threaten a protracted suit to prove we were robbed. Remember, the board was acting in their own favor and not the shareholders. That should be easy to prove.
