Been gone a long time

I have been gone for a long time, finally finished crying. After reading up as much as I can, I see that we are finally getting somewhere in a settlement. I also see there is an opt in option (don't really understand it) anyway I haven't done it. Is it too late or should I even fool with it now? I only have around 50,000 shares now.
