I think a major step for us is to use payments toward paying the way out of bankruptcy. I wonder if Tenor is delaying this possiblity to their advantage. There must be some order of payments that must be made with the first monies received to pay out all  debts.  Can Gowling through the courts force the payments to go towards the bankruptcy first. Knowing the deal made with Vz would help Gowling to set a process. Must lift the gag order now.
