When in doubt start a conspiracy theory...how about instead sticking to the facts?

According to the court: "the provisions and terms of the settlement agreement are proper, fair and reasonable, are in the best interests of the Applicant [i.e. Crystallex] and its stakeholders"

"The Monitor shall file an unredacted supplementary report that provides: (i) the balance outstanding on the DIP loan including accrued interest as of September 30, 2017; and (ii) a schedule of the payments to be made by Venezuela pursuant to the Settlement Agreement to the end of December 31, 2020."

I would expect this supplementary Monitor report in the near future.
