Good luck with that. Any fiancial institution in the world with links to the U.S. financial systems doing that would be aiding and abaiting the breach of a US presidental order and, therefore, subject to dire consequences. Even Crystallex Management would be subject to U.S. sanctions.

THIS COURT ORDERS that any Person provided with notice of this Order from the Applicant, or its respective counsel, is hereby ordered and directed to provide whatever assistance is required by the Applicant in order to assist the Applicant with complying with the terms of the Settlement Agreement, including but not limited to the facilitation, by any financial institution or other financial intermediary, of the receipt or remittance of payments due to the Applicant under the Settlement Agreement.
