Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Venezuela has agreed to make the following payments to

December 31, 2020:

a) US $25,000,000 payable no later than November 30, 2017;

b) US $15,000,000 payable no later than December 31, 2017;

c) US $10,000,000 payable no later than January 31, 2018;

d) Monthly equal payments aggregating US $262,500,000 for the period from February 28,

2018 to December 31, 2020; and

e) Five semi-annual additional payments commencing July 31, 2018, with the first such

payment being for approximately $28,100,000, with each subsequent payment being reduced

by approximately $1,200,000.
