Hey everyone. I know there are some here that sent letters to Judge Newbould concerning this kry saga and how management and Tenor have affected our lives in a big and negative way for some. I am one that sent a letter to Judge Newbould outlining my losses and experience and my opinions as to my reasoning for them, and am going to send another to the new Judge. I feel it's important to outline how and why you feel you were affected. He may not read all of them but if there is a big number of them it must surely signal to a Judge our concern.

I feel we should all do this again and send our concerns to the new Judge working this case. It's important to show that the shareholders on the ground and kicked aside by kry still have a voice.
