"the opt in committee that doesn't exist"

You follow an opt-in process, sign an opt-in agreement and are known as opt-in shareholders. But the term "opt-in committee" has you confused?  Even Gowling refer to them as an opt-in committee.

I was thinking of starting an opt-out committee, with at least 132 members and over 70% of equity we should have a big say in proceedings.

Who did you see as the three rats? Fung, Tenor and someone else? I presume you would prefer it to be Gowling, Fine and you?
