I wish to say thank you very much to JJ and IFY for making it easy for me to read this Factum.

It is a stunning reflection of greed and indifference. Without resorting to ad hominem attacks there is in the Factum a vivid portrait of a self interested Company executive working in collusion with an avaricious creditor at cross purposes with and to the detriment of the very shareholders it was empowered to protect.

Perhaps there will be something auspicious in the last name of our advocate, Mr. Prophet.
