GRZ published its "preliminary' economic feasibility study on the combined Las Cristinas & Las Brisas project (link attacched).

Two important points about it:

1.- Either GRZ got the LAs Cristinas mining data to complete the study, or they are bullshiting people with a seat-of-the-pants estimate. Since GRZ is listed on the stock exchanges in the USA and Canada, they know better than To try to bullshit shareholders and investors. So, it is  likely they have the Las Cristinas mining data and used it to come up with their study.

2.- If GRZ got the Las Cristinas mining data from KRY, the company may be liable for FRAUD AGAINST ITS SHAREHOLDER. The mining data is not part of the ICSID award, and given its importance for moving ahead the project without spending hundreads of million of dollars to replicate it and the time involved, it should only have been made available for a cash payment for the benefit of the shareholders (e.g. paying off the DIP loan). Remember GRZ sold the Las Brisas mine data to Venezuela for $ 240 million.
