You can’t sell the stock. It all hinges on what settles out in the final decisions in the end. The court decision should be out before too long I hope regarding what the Judge considers(Gowling) but could be good or could be not good.

Regardless of that it could still be a long time(years) before we see a penny coming our way,if anything.

Don’t plan anything to do with your retirement with this pos. Put it on the shelf and if something comes of it some day then it’s a bonus, if not, well that’s the way the cookie crumbled.
