This is fake filing of a 3 word clause with deep implications (death threat) that needs clarity and reason to be used as a defense for disclosure.

Sounds like BS to me. It should not have any meaning or impact  in a court of civil  law business filing. A weak excuse.

Almost like government reason not to disclose sensitive in formation for national security reasons which ends up self personal criminality  activity protection.
