Yes he did revise his recommendation. But much later i think. Price wwas already dropping. Cramer did say sell and get out of town probably by reading the signs of  political change. At that time KRY management said we will get the final permit "sooner than later",  "by Easter" and a Vz congressman "was blow'n smoke" when he announced  concerns against a KRY mine and  causing environmental damage..
