The options would have expired worthless so subtract them and odds are all the warants would have expired worhless. So I believe 364 million is a better number. Probably less as people would have already written some off. Pay us commons $2.00 a share for $720 million. That gives the vultures $700 mill to gobble up. Sounds fair to me.
