The Applicant has scheduled in-person meetings and information sessions with representatives of the DIP Lender, Trustee, Ad Hoc Committee, and the Ad Hoc Shareholder Committee, to be held in Toronto on September 4, 2018. The Monitor understands that the meetings will provide both unrestricted and restricted information, as permitted, in order to try to address various information requests. The Monitor will be attending these information sessions.
