Not sure I follow the suit because it is not up to the shareholder to file a suit everytime they disagree with management. The board are you listening has the job to protect the shareholder. From what I read, the judge said we had plenty of time to complain. How lame is that. Also, what is the timeframe to file? They changed the rules, interest rates, bod, and % ownereship.
