The latest comments from the Judge made it pretty clear regarding Gowlings/shareholders case. It was unsuccessful. Remember Gowling represents the shareholder committee and reports to them only, not us. We are just in the background tagging along putting up our 9% if successful and hopefully benefit by thier input. I’m sure if they weren’t still involved with the committee something would have been said. Seems like a requirement to me. So I assume they are still in the room.
