I love that you call them Growling (it does detract a little from credibility but it fits so well you are excused). Is their bark worse than their bite? Clearly. Can I say "I told you so"? Vainglory is not a nice character trait but sometimes when you're right, you're right. Right?

Pure speculation (and frankly complete junk). Tenor are pursuing Citgo (it really does help to use the right name) but they are not pursuing them to the exclusion of all other options. They are using Citgo to get a faster settlement. The "60% interest" claim is irrelevant as it will never be heard in court (apart from being meritless).

JJ: You almost hit the nail on the head. Gino and I aren't the same person, we have never met (that we know of), we have never worked together (that we know of), we don't much agree on anything, we do not coordinate any posts, neither of us are cops (at least I am not nor have I ever been), but otherwise, much like most of what you post, it is exactly right. Or put another way, what you post is a load of balderdash.

Don: do you still think there isn't enough incriminating evidence? Even you must take pause with some of the conspiracy theories you read. I'm disappointed that you think attacking someone with wild accusations/insinuations is acceptable (just because it happened to you?). The only common factor is that it was not what some wanted to hear. You know this is true, why do you tolerate it?
