I emailed Ms Contractor (lawyer) who did most of the correspondence with us but had my email returned. Address was good which may mean she no longer works for them or changed her email address.

Then I emailed one of the executive officers with the direct question " Did you stop representing The Chrystallex "Committee" - Yes or no?"

This email was not returned address unknown. I did not get a reply.

I think the Crystallex portfollio was looked after by Ms Contractor.

Gowling Wlg do not represent us and so do not have to say anything but the "Committee" must know and they should tell us one way or the other. Can some one here who have been in touch with the "Committee" Chair in the past giive him call  to find out?
