There's a little more fear mongering here I think. As far as I know the "claims" are regarding creditors not shareholder equity. I do not believe shareholders need to make a "claim" in respect of their equity. It also included D&O claims. As far as I recall the "claims bar date" was early 2013.

At some point the company will wind up and shareholders will receive a share of the assets. I suspect this will take place over a 2-3 year period. Ideally Tenor could offer to buy out shareholders early on.
