Wish we could figure out where Gowling stands with shareholders. I am still floored at Fung skating through throwing us all under the bus. And the judge said it was up to us to know earlier that the CEO screwed us. Is this common on canadien exchanges? The sooner this is finalized, the more money we might have a chance at. Seems half want this to continue and the other want it to end. All of us shareholders should want it done yesterday.  Last point which I have made before, all shareholders have the right to opt out of claim . Someone would have to contact all shareholders.
