Second that motion, and ask for unaminimous consent. JJ and a lot of others have worked hard and long to dig out and share, with free-riders like me, the information about the ongoing status of this proceeding. A great service to all the stockholders: many thanks.

Crystallex' management has been derelict: IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP US INFORMED, NOT A FEW KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMMITTED FELLOW SHAREHOLDERS'. (Fwiw, and that's not much.)
