Message: Gowling and Lawsuits

There seems to be an opinion that if the other side of the Shareholders acts out in any manor that might be construed as illegal that there will be lawsuits. Gowling came in under contract by contengency. No one had to pay for their services. If they had required a large retainer who would have paid that retainer and the future costs once the retainer was absorbed? In a lawsuit those retainers get sucked up quickly especially by the other side's law firm "making" law. A simple deposition now costs a minimum of $2000. A good law firm can lawyer one out of their position by making it too costly for them to proceed any further. It happens all the time causing the weaker hand to settle a case for far less than one would get in a court room. Most never get to the court room because they don't have the funds to get there. Maybe there are some very wealthy KRY investors that still own shares that are willing to spend unlimited funds to sue all the parties that are discussed here. There has even been the comment that we sue Gowling if they decide to back out. Is that really who we have become? Sue the very individuals that attempted to help us out of their own pocket? For me if Gowling wants out I would thank them for their efforts and let them move on no strings attached. It's not their fault we didn't get with them from the start. We need to stop blaming all those around us for our predicament. No one forced us to click the "Buy" icon.
