My original comments about Gowling was not pulled out of thin air. Gowling is out only acting "in a small way". I did not ask what that meant so one can only surmise. I don't think they have any obligation to anyone but the group of 10 Shareholder Committee members. Like you said we will probably find out pubicly once the monitor creates another report listing the parties. As of now it has been the SC request pubicly for all shareholders to contact the authorities in Canada to express their concern about what will happen "going forward" in the distribution of the award. The SC seems to agree that they cannot change the past rulings seemingly placing us at a 12% owner of the award proceeds. Hainey doesn't seem to have a problem with those numbers either. There are a lot of cogs in this wheel so we can only pop the corn and read it play out in real time. Hopefully our wives won't divorce us if the final results don't come very near to our investment costs. Or just blame us for the rest of our lives about how we spent tens of thousands of dollars of "her" money chasing a Gold mine. lol
