What do the directors receive from the proceeds? Do they receive salaries from the proceeds while shares have been frozen? If the settlement is protracted over many years, do the directors continue to collect wages? If the directors are entrusted with negotiating terms of the settlement, wouldn't that be a conflict of interest? Should shareholders agreeing with the aforementioned letter send a letter of endorsement to the judge?
