Hard to know anything when many documents are redacted to protect what they are doing. In my opinion Fung sure seemed in a conflict as acting CEO and being paid by Tenor. Conflicts of interested with Kry go back to before CCAA. If I remember correctly, Kry office space was around $10,000 a month and going to a Fung company. Don't know for sure however as my memory isn't as good as it should be.
