Paau----I don't know what you mean when you say "all decisions are taken by the court-not by management or Tenor".  Let's make one thing perfectly clear-----all motions and requests in this matter have been prepared and submitted by management and/or Tenor  (not the court).  Those motions and requests have been rubber stamped by the court because the monitor (who was in the light) and others like shareholders (who were in the dark) did not object.  I'm sure you agree.
