I've been asked numerous times to ban Paau but I think it is ovious to all of us here who and what he represents. Since he started he has posted a few nuggets that can only come from someone who has inside knowledge. He has admitted he is a lawyer and he knows or is an associate of Jay Swartz from Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP who represent Crystallex. Paau is here for a specific reason that is not in our best interest IMHO.

As I have said in the past, the more he posts the more they are worried. His latest is that Judges don't listen. I know for a fact (he loves that one) they do. They may not listen bombarded with letters from every Tom, Dick and Harry but they do listen to well crafted letters that deal in facts like the two we have discussed here.

The goal is to break up our solidarity. Tenor does not have controll despite what Paau tell us. Reading the letters explains that. If we stay united a day of reckoning will come for Fung and the boys. This ain't over and Paau knows that. If it was he would be gone.
