Should not be allowed to intervine. Right now he is a nobody in this case as far as i'm concerned. I don't understand why a Judge would allow him to step in. I also read in an article that he wants to revisit the ICISD setlement claiming the many errors in it and this is what he is bringing with his intervention. Losing faith in the Judical System faster then dropping a spent safe. ify
