What bugs me is that management is probably still collecting wages and is sitting on a pile of money. Who controls the money & where is it being kept? We still have no idea how the Tenor deal was negotiated, who was involved, or whether there were any conflicts of interest? Management has been less than forthright with the shareholders throughout this debacle, so I imagine that they will continue to prolong the waiting game to lessen any future liability.
