Sounds great. Maybe I'm reading between the lines but are you saying that Crystallex (or is it Fung / Tenor / all of them) can be sued but shareholders just need to wait until the right moment?
I'm guessing you don't want to say too much (you never know who could be listening) but can you give some hint as to what the right moment entails? Is there some event that precipitates the right moment?
To be clear, I don't believe there is anything, just another false hope, but I would be happy to be wrong.
By the way the current stay expires at Martinmas...coincidence??
