David Kay (Tenor Director) is out since June 8, 2019.

Daniel Kochav (Tenor Director) replaced D. Kay.

D. Kochav, a NY State resident, is Tenor's COO, a Tenor Partner and the Managing Director of both the Tenor Special Situation I LLC (TSS1) fund - a Delaware corporation - and the Luxembourg Investment Company 31 S.à r.l., a Luxenbourg registered company that is Tenor's investment vehicle in KRY and is owned by TSS1.
