With the SCOTUS decision we're at least around another corner here.  I know that because a lot of people who understand the legal complexities of this situation have worked hard to keep up on the developments...and then let the rest of us know.  Those of us who have just trudged along, waiting and hoping and reading their posts, owe these folks a big thank you.
