The headline of this post is erroneous.

The article does not discuss the DE Supreme Court making any decision about CITGO being Venezuela's alter ego. What it does say is that the Guiado-appointed CITGO board of directors is recognized as the legitimate leadership of the corporation.

The Maduro government had filed suit against the directors appointed by Guaido, accusing them of being appointed illegally.
