Interesting.

Tenor wants all cash balances sealed, presumably to hide the ridiculous cash burn rate that only benefits Tenor in the long run... They also argue that the noteholders are their competitors in Venezuela via GRZ etc.

The bondies wanted to wipe out all shareholder interest, but the enemy of my enemy is my friend?
