USA, as with the UK, consider Guaido the President of Venezuela. Guaido will not allow the sale of anything fundamental to the rehabilitation of their economy. I don't believe Citgo will ever be sold, for that reason. The Treasury dept has always had this current opinion from the start.

Assuming that. What's next? Looks like the Judge's hands are tied. Might result in a stay (Pause). Not much need to go forward, it seems.

All the money that has been spent on this issue is obscene. Lawyers must love it. Imagine an entire career (lifetime) earning an income on just this one case. Mind boggling.
