They own only 1,000 shares and they would not put a value on these gievn the low investment and the conservative stance on valuation. But they have not written them off, either. If they were worthless, the shares would not be reported.

For them, this is a tactical investment, as the shares gives them also shareholder status, which obviously they want to keep.
