I'm concerned as to why the judge involved with us getting court ordered representation has not ruled in that regard. That hearing was months ago and she is crickets. Our representation needs time to get up to speed on our case and Tenor's move to take the whole judgement once it is paid out. It could be sooner than we think; or not. Either way we need to be on point with the court when payment and disbursement is doled out to all the parties. We can't be scrambling like nitwits with our hair on fire in front of the judge.
