We don't want the money to go to Canada. We need it to stay under Silverstein's authority. Once money becomes available then we can look at the distribution and if it is fair. We can then ask again for an examiner and council. Citgo won't be sold. A cash offer will be made. They will try and low ball us but we now have some leverage of our own with Silverstein.
